DL Replacement Mechanical Seal Cartridge (DL8, DL12, DL16 & DL20)

The mechanical seal stops water leaking out where the pump shaft passes through into the motor end. When it wears you will see water dripping or spraying below the motor – replace it quickly, because water running into the motor bearings will destroy the motor.

• Fits: AQS DL8, DL12, DL16, DL20 pumps (all stage sizes)
• Cartridge type – the complete seal assembly comes pre-set, so it is easier to fit correctly
• Tip: always fit a new seal when you replace the hydraulic stack, and never run the pump dry – a dry run of a few minutes can burn the seal faces

Which seal do I need? Check the model on your pump nameplate. DL1, DL3 and DL5 use seal 95020136; DL8, DL12, DL16 and DL20 use seal 95020103; DL32, DL45, DL64 and DL90 use seal 95020102.
